Informaz is a professional healthcare training organisation running courses and events for healthcare professionals across Italy. As the catalogue and participant numbers grew, management processes had become a bottleneck: email-based registrations, manual administration, non-automated invoicing and disorganised communications made operations burdensome and capped growth potential.

We built a bespoke platform that automates the entire lifecycle of courses and events: catalogue publication, online registration, payment collection, automatic electronic invoicing, attendance management and participant communications. The platform handles B2C logic for individual professionals and B2B for organisations registering groups. In parallel, we worked on branding, positioning and acquisition process optimisation to increase organic visibility and conversion.

The combined activities of platform development, process automation, branding and positioning contributed to +88% annual growth through the eCommerce channel.
