Our selection process

Application
Submit your CV for the role you are interested in, or write to us at [email protected]. Include a brief introduction: who you are, your background and what you are looking for in your next step. Every application is read carefully.

Introductory interview
A 60-minute conversation — in person or remote — to get to know each other, explore mutual expectations and assess alignment with the team and company values. For us, the person matters at least as much as the CV.

Technical assessment
A practical exercise calibrated to the role and seniority level, designed to reflect the real work you would be doing. We are not looking for perfection: we want to understand how you think, how you collaborate and how you approach challenges.

Offer and onboarding
