Application

Introductory interview
A 60-minute conversation — in person or remote — to get to know each other, explore mutual expectations and assess alignment with the team and company values. For us, the person matters at least as much as the CV.

Technical assessment
A practical exercise calibrated to the role and seniority level, designed to reflect the real work you would be doing. We are not looking for perfection: we want to understand how you think, how you collaborate and how you approach challenges.

Offer and onboarding
If we are aligned, we share a clear and detailed offer and plan your team entry together. From day one, a structured onboarding programme will be in place to help you feel at home as quickly as possible.

Senior Web Developer
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with at least 5 years of experience in complex web application development. The role involves designing scalable software architectures, technical team coordination, and direct management of high-responsibility projects. Strong proficiency in PHP and/or Java, OOP, relational databases and web security principles required. Experience with Laravel, Symfony, Docker and cloud platforms is a plus.
