Background
Otravez is a Paduan tailored fashion brand with nationwide distribution, recognised for the artisanal quality of its garments. The existing eCommerce did not reflect the brand's positioning: a disjointed purchasing experience, limited payment options, no integrated marketing tools and a warehouse management system that weighed on day-to-day operations.

The project
We integrated a series of bespoke components into the existing eCommerce to improve every aspect of the platform: new UX for product pages and checkout, advanced payment systems, marketing solutions to increase conversions (abandoned cart recovery, upselling, dynamic promotions) and features to simplify warehouse and logistics management. The platform is under continuous evolutionary maintenance via OffCare.
