Comuni Trentini – Surveys

The Consorzio dei Comuni Trentini is a cooperative association of more than 160 local authorities in Trentino, providing shared administrative, legal and technical support services. A core activity is administering surveys to gauge the needs, satisfaction and positions of member authorities on administrative matters.

These processes ran via email and paper: no traceability, manually managed deadlines, no aggregated reporting. The result was an operationally burdensome process and data that was hard to analyse.

We built a cloud system for creating, distributing and collecting structured surveys. The platform allows survey creation with multiple question types, recipient assignment among member authorities, automated deadline notifications, structured response collection and aggregated reporting. Role management separates who creates surveys, who fills them in and who analyses the results, with visibility and control at every stage of the process.
