UX Designer
Ref: EKJP57We are looking for UX Designers with public sector experience to design accessible, usable interfaces compliant with the AgID Guidelines, for digital services aimed at citizens in Piedmont.
Responsibilities
- Design accessible user experiences and digital interfaces (WCAG 2.1 AA)
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Ensure compliance with the AgID Guidelines for digital service design
- Run user research, usability testing and heuristic analysis
- Work with the development team to make sure the designs are implemented correctly
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, of which at least 3 as a UX Designer
- Thorough knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and of the AgID design Guidelines
- Command of Figma or equivalent tools
- A portfolio of web/app projects in the public sector or in digital services for citizens
- Knowledge of the Italian Government Design System (designers.italia.it) is a plus
Where no degree is held, 4 additional years of professional experience in application services are considered equivalent, of which at least 2 in the specific role.
