Systems Architect
Ref: XQJVBXWe are seeking senior System Architects to design and govern the architecture of distributed application solutions on cloud infrastructure, in a public sector digital services context.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure ICT architectures for web applications and cloud-native services
- Define technology guidelines, design patterns and development standards for the team
- Oversee technical consistency across system components throughout the project
- Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks and platforms in line with the client's requirements
- Ensure compliance with security regulations (ISO 27001, NIS2) and the AgID Guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, of which at least 4 as a System/Solution Architect
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with Java EE, REST APIs, microservices and front-end SPAs
- Familiarity with OpenStack or similar environments; public/hybrid cloud
- Knowledge of the ISO 27001 and NIS2 security standards and public sector compliance frameworks
Where no degree is held, 4 additional years of professional experience in application services are considered equivalent, of which at least 2 in the specific role.
