Data Administrator
Ref: X8NYMWWe are looking for Database Administrators to manage and maintain data infrastructure in containerised cloud environments, supporting application platforms that are critical for the public administration.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain relational databases in production
- Monitor performance and tune queries, indexes and DBMS configuration
- Manage backup, recovery and data business continuity procedures
- Implement security policies, access control and data encryption
- Support data migration work and schema upgrades
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, of which at least 4 as a DBA
- In-depth expertise in PostgreSQL (v.15+) and/or Oracle
- Knowledge of performance tuning, replication and high availability techniques
- Experience in cloud/containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent) is a plus
Where no degree is held, 4 additional years of professional experience in application services are considered equivalent, of which at least 2 in the specific role.
