Business Analyst
Ref: KBY45SWe are looking for experienced Business Analysts for a multi-year project with a public authority in Piedmont, focused on digitalising citizen services and online forms.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements with stakeholders at the client public authority
- Produce functional documentation: use cases, user stories, gap analysis, process mapping
- Translate business needs into functional specifications the technical team can work from
- Facilitate analysis workshops and validation sessions with public bodies and technical contacts
- Support functional testing, UAT and production release phases
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, of which at least 4 as a Business Analyst
- Experience on projects with public bodies or the public administration
- Command of UML, BPMN and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured technical documentation
- Knowledge of public sector digital platforms (SPID, CIE, ANPR) is a plus
Where no degree is held, 4 additional years of professional experience in application services are considered equivalent, of which at least 2 in the specific role.
